Updated Refund and Returns Policy  

Returns  
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:  
- Gift cards  
- Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)  

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation). Please do not send your purchase back without written consent from us.  

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:  
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error  
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery  

The refund amount may be reduced to cover repair or reconditioning costs.  

Return Shipping Costs 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

For items valued over Rs.500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.  

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.  

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet:  
1. Check your bank account again.  
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.  
3. Reach out to your bank.

Sale Items  
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.  

Exchanges  
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, send an email to **[email protected]** with supporting photos and order details.  

Customers may need to cover shipping costs for exchanges, depending on the situation.  

International Returns 
For international customers, please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Ensure you are familiar with your country’s return policies and fees before initiating a return.  

Initiating a Return  
To start a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our written consent and further instructions before shipping the item back.
